ON TWO OCCASIONS I NEEDED EMERGENCY SERVICE FOR HEATING ON A LATE SATURDAY NIGHT AND FOR HOT WATER TANK, BOTH TIMES SHOWED UP WITHIN AN HOUR OR LESS AND QUICKLY GOT THINGS BACK TO NORMAL.
