Xaviar was prompt, polite. He listened to my description and then made his independent assessment, to which I agreed. He performed the work that he had explained to me. He also took the time to explain to my tenant what he was doing. I found his communications to be above average. He performed the work as we had agreed and I was happy with the pricing. so, I’m happy with Xavier and I’m happy with Serrone Plumbing.

So happy for changing to Cerrone’s for plumbing and heating. They are efficient, courteous and prompt. Today, Justin did a great job of doing the seasonal cleaning on furnace. He also alerted me to discounts available and potential problems that could arise with furnace. Appreciated his knowledge and evaluation of things.
Zach was great! On time, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. We had a leak and needed someone to come help that day. Cerrone sent Zach over a few hours later and my leak was fixed! Great company and will absolutely be using them again !

Every service tech who arrives is always courteous and professional and knows their trade very well. I feel very comfortable that whatever is needed to be fixed will be fixed correctly.

We had our usual maintenance done on the furnace and hot water heater. Ethan was our HVAC person this time and he did a very nice job. He also advised me on MERV levels for filters as I asked about a little more noise coming through than usual – I now know what to buy and not… thanks !
