Phil was very knowledgeable and easily able to explain the problem with the furnace. Excellent diagnostics and very professional during his visit! I will use Cerrone for my future needs.
Xavier and Liam did an excellent job. They explained how they would be taking an old sink apart and installing a new basement sink and faucet. Hot and cold water connections had to be rerouted and new levers were installed to replace existing wheel shut off valves. They reviewed their work with us when it was completed and they thoroughly cleaned up all dust and debris. It was a pleasure working with them and the Cerrone folks.
Kellen was knowledgeable and thorough. He took care of the issue promptly.
Kellen was here last week for a problem with leak in hot water heater. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He replaced expansion time without a hitch. He was prompt, efficient with time. Kellen is very polite, courteous, excellent at dealing with the problem and the customer. But more importantly is a very good plumber. I felt confident job was done correctly.
He also explained what he did and answered all my questions.

Our HW burner shut down again each of last 3 nights code was 66 71deg F. 6s missing bottom short vert line right side bottom. The time between shutoffs is getting shorter. Will call for appointment. It is probably best to not reset it morning of the appointment?
