We had our usual maintenance done on the furnace and hot water heater. Ethan was our HVAC person this time and he did a very nice job. He also advised me on MERV levels for filters as I asked about a little more noise coming through than usual – I now know what to buy and not… thanks !

Install went well, device is operating as it should. Tech was on time and professional. There is one minor issue, when the tech cut the main line he also cut the wire leading to the water meter. He did not let me know this, I went to check for leaks and noticed the severed line. I now have to contact town of Queensbury Water Department and have it repaired.

Zach has come to my house for the last 3 issues I had with my plumbing, he is polite, professional and does an excellent job.

We were very impressed with Zach & Xavier who came to repair a bathtub leak that had been unsuccessfully repaired 3 times over the past 2 1/2 years. By the time he left, Zach had tested every possible aspect of where additional leaks could come from, identifying one additional area that just needed some caulking. They were friendly & professional, but most important to us, they had EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! I also have to say that Josh was very professional and friendly on the phone when making our appointments. As the front line of customer service, he was terrific! We are grateful to have found a plumbing & heating company that we feel we can rely on. Thank you for the outstanding service!
Xavier Jones was great. In the earlier side of the window. Came in. Professionally did his job very professionally and got out. Right to the point no nonsense and very friendly and professional. And knowledgeable. Thank you. But my requested booties on too without being annoyed. Haha. Thank you!
