Appointment was for routine maintenance/service of furnace & HRV unit.Office staff was very good. Easy to schedule appointments & communication was great. Technician (Phil Hill) was WONDERFUL! Uncovered a problem I didn’t know I had & fixed it same day. Did not need to schedule another appointment since he had part in his van. Also took the time to explain pricing & benefits of service agreement. He even explained that it wasn’t necessary to buy the more expensive furnace filters. Told me what I should buy instead & what to look for when choosing a furnace filter.
