We’ve had the pleasure of working with many techs and support staff over the past month with a replacement furnace. Today, we had a separate water tank issue and Justin arrived promptly and fixed the broken part efficiently while keeping me informed! We also appreciate Kassy at the office for getting us in timely anytime we call and reassuring us every step of the way! The turnaround time whenever I have requested a service has been less than 24 hours which I appreciate more than anything! Thank you!

Having just purchased our beautiful home in this area we needed a plumber to assist with a couple of items. We were extremely fortunate to come upon Cerrone Plumbing and Heating. First the woman in the office was so helpful in hearing our needs and assisting us. We had our furnance serviced, the gentleman was awesome. We had our hot water heater checked and quoted for a new one. We had some minor plumbing issues in the bathroom and the service man Xavier was excellent and he came back a couple weeks later and put in our new dishwasher and was outstanding. Then we had Chris come out to give us an estimate on moving the washer and dryer hook-ups from in the cellar to upstairs and today the two service men – Jack and Brian came to do that. They were truly outstanding too. I can honestly say that the service personnel who have come to our home and worked have been professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, positive and friendly. They have treated every repair as if they were working on their own homes. We are so grateful to Cerrone Plumbing and look forward to many more years with them to service our plumbing and heating needs. Thank you all so very much! You have certainly made our Holidays bright!
Justin was here to perform my yearly furnace cleaning and inspection. I always am impressed with the techs that are sent to my house and recommend Cerrone to anyone who is looking for plumbing and heating needs.
Justin was on time, neat in appearance and communicated well. He inspected my furnace and recommended a filter change for my humidifier. Justin is very friendly and very respectful. I am confident in his work. I look forward to seeing Justin next year for my AC cleaning.
