Ethan Corlew came to perform our annual furnace cleaning. He was exceptional as I had a couple questions to ask about our furnace and other plumbing needs. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and truly seemed to care about me the customer! I have had outstanding service from Cerrone Plumbing and Heating and Ethan was another example of that exceptional service!
Phil Hill was very thorough when he performed our annual HVAC maintenance …so much so that he found a leak in our 2 year old York AC that caused the refrigerant to deplete. No wonder our electric bills were sky high this summer! Poor unit had to work long and hard to reach the set temp. (BTW would that have fallen under the warranty???) Thanks to Phil who recharged it, we will hopefully be fine next year.
Additionally, he was very personable, patiently answering all our many questions. His knowledge is considerable.
Xavier installed a new toilet in our home. He arrived on time, he was efficient, and he was very pleasant and professional. The installation went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend Xavier and Cerrone to anyone.

Xavier Jones was at my home to install a kitchen faucet. He arrived within the window he indicated to me via phone. He was very efficient. Began working immediately and explained to us what he was doing. Installation was done on one hour. I’m delighted with my new faucet. I would recommend him and Cerrone to all my neighbors.
Xavier was prompt, friendly and efficient. He found that the source of our leak was in our old washing machine, not in our plumbing.
