These guys installed a well pressure tank for me. The apprentice they sent wired it in wrong and it blew the tank and flooded my house. I found out now that because they wired it wrong, that voided my 7 year manufacturer warranty. I asked them to come back to check on it to see if it’s working properly and they told me they don’t have anyone working for them who knows how to work on pressure tanks, even though the same guy who eventually installed it correctly still works there. They also won’t replace the tank with one that has a valid warranty, even though it was their fault my warranty was voided and that’s what I paid for.
They also did very minor plumbing work on my bathroom sink and it leaked after they left.

Cerrone plumbing is the best! They responded quickly, performed the needed repairs and replacements to our ancient shower faucets and came back twice to assure that the job was done correctly. The cost for labor and supplies was absolutely reasonable, far lower than other estimates I had received and right on target with their original quotes…no surprise or hidden charges. I wanted to write an “outstanding” review for Cerrone Plumbing! We recently had an issue where our air conditioning stopped working and had been dealing with an HVAC company that did the initial install on our house that we recently purchased. We had issue after issue of our AC not working every summer until we switched HVAC companies and asked Cerrone plumbing to take a look and within 2 weeks they had the entire system up and running and working amazingly! We are so appreciative and were super impressed with the quality of their work, their employees and overall customer service. They are Best-In-Class! Thank you again Cerrone Plumbing …. great job!
