From beginning to end, my experience with Cerrone has been nothing short of great. Starting with my call to inquire about getting a technician out to look at my central air, all the way to Kellen being an absolute rockstar with his knowledge and custom service when fixing my unit. Five Star +++ !
Kellen is affable and very good at explaining what he is doing. Very careful about not tracking in dirt, etc. He has been here several times and I hope he will continue to be assigned to this area.

Cerrone, plumbing and heating is always professional. The person who answers the phone is straightforward and professional. Xavier, the technician was quick and took care of everything perfectly.
Phil was very knowledgeable and easily able to explain the problem with the furnace. Excellent diagnostics and very professional during his visit! I will use Cerrone for my future needs.
Xavier and Liam did an excellent job. They explained how they would be taking an old sink apart and installing a new basement sink and faucet. Hot and cold water connections had to be rerouted and new levers were installed to replace existing wheel shut off valves. They reviewed their work with us when it was completed and they thoroughly cleaned up all dust and debris. It was a pleasure working with them and the Cerrone folks.
Kellen was knowledgeable and thorough. He took care of the issue promptly.
Kellen was here last week for a problem with leak in hot water heater. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He replaced expansion time without a hitch. He was prompt, efficient with time. Kellen is very polite, courteous, excellent at dealing with the problem and the customer. But more importantly is a very good plumber. I felt confident job was done correctly.
He also explained what he did and answered all my questions.
