WELCOME BACK, ZACH! This is a return visit for Zach who, along with Xavier back in May, recommended a different showerhead that would work better for my needs than the one chosen by Lowe’s. And he was spot on! And he was just as professional, thorough, helpful and courteous today! Like I said the first time, he and Xavier are “keepers” and valuable ambassadors for Cerrone!

We had our hot water tank replaced today. Zach and one other employee arrived right on time… we’re very professional and explained the working of the replacement.

Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly and the motor was replaced in no time. What a nice difference now that the HVAC unit is so quiet.
Zack was very polite, explained the problem to us and my shower handle is now wonderful again! He was going to order a part (Cartridge?) for our kitchen faucet.
